I don't know if it is just me, but I cannot rate nodes in the flow library?

although @knolleary - ratings can happen without logging in, might want to close that up?

Has it logged you out of GitHub? I think you need to be logged in?
You don't need to be logged in - see above 
You need to be signed in with GitHub AND have accepted the cookies fort he flows site.

That may be the issue.
I have extra options compared to @marcus-j-davies screen shot, i.e. report and add to collection, is that because he is not logged in I guess ?
