My Flow displays an Gauge with Values from an Power Socket.
Current consumption etc.
How can I make it, that there are always the most current values displayed because the gauge is only updated every 5 minutes ?

If you put a debug node on the output of the MQTT node how often do you get an update?

Sorry i can controll it on Tasmota Device and minimum was 10 Seconds
and the value of TelePeriod was set to 300 -> 5 minutes
