I just noticed that the name "NTP Control" is not centred as the others are in/on the same page.
Make it same width as the "Wipe all Graphs" and it probably fits into that gap.
Actually not all imaginable situations covered in dashboard cards layout.
Rules targeted to support single layout on multiple screen resolution. This limits the set of rules can be applied and sort of keep users to create simpler layouts.
It will be much easier to use same widths for all cards than figure out hierarchy where all cards can be laid out properly depending their sizes.
