What are hidden config nodes and where can i find them?

You currently have the 'unused' filter selected - so the sidebar is only showing you config nodes that are not used by other nodes in your flows. The '16 hidden' message means you have 16 config nodes that do not match that filter, so have been hidden from the list.
If you click the 'all' filter, then it will show everything.
