How do you DELETE a subflow?

I have some flows that are getting pretty crowded. (I didn't know there was a height limit to the flow screen). So, I decided it's time to use subflows to clean up the various tabs.

But, now I have a couple of test subflows in my palette. How do I delete them?

Silly but I am so frustrated trying to do this now... How did you manage to get that top bar to appear? Thanks

Edit - Found it. You click on "subflows" on THE LEFT... and then this topbar appears
