How to import a flow into the editor

Hi
little bit shame to ask
it is my first week in node-red and all the gui staff was fun

when start reading in the forum I can see all posting
“this is the flow…”
[{“id”:“2fa5d66a.f706c2”…

now I am quit sure there is some copy past for this which will make sense
and it is basic to every one else

where (link?) I can learn what to do

If you go the the menu in Node-RED (top right)

Import > Clipboard

and paste the flow into the window that appears
