somewhere in here I read @TotallyInformation was looking at a couple of github editors. By the time I could get back home I am now unable to find the post he mentioned them in. There were two. Any chance someone remembers what those were?

Personally, I like GitHub1s which uses the Monaco editor and so looks a lot like your local VSCode editor.
