Cant help without info.
- can the computer running node-red runtime PING the PLC?
- what settings have you entered in the PLC Ethernet setup?
- did you power off/ power on the PLC after adjusting PLC settings?
- what settings have you entered in the MC-Protocol nodes config?
Thanks for the response Steve .

Yes . It pings back successfully with the PLC - did you power off/ power on the PLC after adjusting PLC settings?
No. I have not tried that. - what settings have you entered in the MC-Protocol nodes config?
I had selected the PLC Series as "Q" (which I had already used in my Kepserver side).
Then I have entered my PLC's respective IP with the port address.
I had tried with TCP first, I was not getting "not connected" result. And then I went with UDP, there I got the "timeout error" (it tries reading the tag and after that timeout error is shown)

- Have you added UDP port in the PLC Ethernet settings?
- Can you show me exactly what you have entered in PLC Ethernet settings?
- Can you show me exactly what you have entered in NODE Config?
cant really help otherwise.
PS: Remember to power cycle the PLC after changing settings (come on mitsi, its 2022 not 1985!)
