Is the dashboard TEMPLATE node standard with the dashboard?

If the correct dashboard (node-red-dashboard) is the template node installed by default?

The ui-template node is yes

You can see this in manage palette

I am helping someone else and I sent them a flow with the dashboard's template node.

They say the node isn't installed.
I assumed they had the dashboard installed, so I needed to check.
