There are a couple of options listed on flows.nodered.org, including node-red-contrib-sun-position and node-red-contrib-astrodata, which I have not tried, & node-red-bigtimer which I have, and abandoned.
You can also obtain the current moon phase on some APIs, including openweathermap, which is where I get it for my weather forecast flow.
You might have to be more specific.. are you after moonrise, moonset, Moon phase?
Rise and set are the ones, but phase would be nice too.
I found astrodata but am having problems with moonSet.
Thanks.

Sorry, I can't read German and the docs shown don't really show much information about the word moon.
I get that moon may not be the German word for it, but just saying.
You can install mooncalc in a function node, using the setup tab, modules https://www.npmjs.com/package/mooncalc
Thanks @E1cid
ITMT, I got astrodata working.
I've used this one for years now and it is a core part of my live home automation flows. I actually have a flow that sends sun and moon data updated every minute to MQTT for convenience.
Things like azimuth and elevation are occasionally useful to calculate possible lighting issues.
Only a lunatic needs to know the moon's location every minute! ![]()
Or some astronauts perhaps.
Or werewolfs
