Is there a node to tell you if/when files are changed?

I've found this one:
node-red-contrib-watchdirectory

Reading the docs there is a hint there is a native one, but its name escapes me.

Yes there is, in the editor it is called watch

Found that after posting installed on the machine.

Um, when I search for watch I can't seem to find it.
Ah!
It is standard.

I shall have to study them both and see any pros and cons of both.
