Can I suggest adding some extra controls to the properties window for the three link nodes (link-in, link-out, link-call)

1:
Add a tick box to show just the currently selected link partner(s). It would be nice to filter the huge list of link nodes I have to just the ones currently selected. Some of my link-out nodes are connected to quite a few link-in nodes. The ideal location could be on the left of the search bar near the top.

2:
Add expand/collapse arrows to expand or collapse the groups of nodes, similar to the ones at the bottom of the left-hand nodes pane.

For some projects, I feel that pagination would be great! #humor

Scrolling to find links can be annoying so perhaps having linked nodes "drift" to top of the selection box would also be an approach.

Either sometimes it can be difficult uncomfortable to use that selection panel ....
