Local Host Flow

Good Afternoon

I'm at the first experience with node red and after any test with communication beetween ModBus TCP and PLC , now (and i don't know why)every time when i try to start the local host my flow , any time i try the same result and don't start my project

I try to disable the firewall , but have the same result
How can i see the my flow , or they necessary to re install node red
