Hi everyone. My name is Allan Oricil and I'm looking for a part time contract. My current work will probably be frozen for lack of budget, so I started to look for another contract with fixed monthly payment to cover my expenses in case the worst happens. I know here is a place to look for node-red jobs but I can do other types of work and if someone could recommend me I would appreciate. It doesnt need to be related to node-red. Technologies I'm confortable to work with:
- javascript
- shell scripts
- aws (cdk)
- salesforce (lwc/aura/visualforce pages)
- cicd pipelines
- system design
- mongodb and postgres
There are a bunch of other tech/things I know and have experience with, like java, c, c++, but I hide those because I don't like doing it for work or it has been a long time since I used it at work.
Besides technical skills, here are some of my other strengths:
- creative
- persistent
- truthful
- problem solving
And my weaknesses:
- algorithms: I dont do leet code but I can learn if/when necessary. I learned kahn's algorithm few weeks ago and implemented it to enable my team to deploy a bunch of cdk projects in the right order.
- social skills : Im not good at making friends and I struggle to be assertive when speaking. I can pass information more clearly through text.
