Looking for an ESP programmer for implementing JSON export via MQTT over a smartphone hotspot

... for an existing web-based ESP application.
This JSON data should then be read via MQTT and analyzed and displayed in Node-RED.
Since my english is not the best, I would prefer to communicate in german.

I know there is a jobs category, but I assumed this is for longer lasting jobs and not project offers.
