They are broken if you not using https to access the editor, or you aren't on localhost.

you tackled it .. this is exactly how im accessing the Editor
(no https and with IP since NR is on a remote computer) .. must be some strict clipboard browser permissions.

i confirm that if im on the same computer and use localhost, copy works
