Node-red-node-snmp port change

Good day

I am using node-red-node-snmp to connect from a site to my site. At the outgoing site, the port is released for my IP via Fortigate. Unfortunately, I cannot enter an IP range there. However, this location has several servers. Now my question is, is it possible to adjust the port in the node-red-node-snmp so that I can make a port forwarde at the firewall with a different outgoing port which then redirects to 161, such as 8161 or so?

Thank you for your help.

So there are no options to change the default Port in this node?

Have you tried leaving the host field blank, and setting msg.host
From help sidebar text

msg.host may contain the host including the port.
