There are plenty of posts around about running node-red on Android (in terminux for example), it's nothing new and certainly not something that is charged for.
Seen some comments about someone paid $6.99au for it.
I wonder if the developer of this is supporting the node-red community? I hope so.
The full version gives you access to the phone sensors (light/gyro/accelermoter) etc
Node-red in termux has stopped working for me 
JFI I've not bought the paid for version - just watched the video about it
