When i am creating dragging and dropping the nodes to the flow, no info is been shown in the sidebar. On double clicking also, no pop-up for settinh node's property is opening. I have tried uninstalling node.js ,deleting the user file .node-red and temp file. Still not worked. Please suggest me a solution!!!
What version of Node-RED, and Nodejs are you using?

It was working fine till yesterday!!
it is not working with node.js v8.x also
the problem is solved. there may be some bug. I just disabled all the nodes and enabled them again.
Had you tried a full refresh of the browser (often Ctrl+F5)?
