Please see this post for how to share a flow so that it is importable. You can edit your first flow. Also please explain a bit more what problem you are seeing.

When I slide only on release, two simultaneous msg.payload are sent.... only when step is 0.1 If I put step to 1, only one msg.payload is sent when I slide only on release. That's all.

I am not seeing that, but for me, running in Waterfox browser on Ubuntu Output on Release doesn't work properly at all. When I release the mouse button it doesn't stop controlling the slider, even if I move the mouse away. I have to click it to get it to 'release'. Running dashboard 2.19.3, node-…

Since it doesn't send anything when I release the mouse then no. It is ignoring the release.
