is it possible to share node red on plesk server

Given that Plesk is a webhoting management platform....
Providing you have control over port/network management, or proxying then yes.

It's nothing that Node RED has control over

I feel this might be better answered by the Plesk community + finding out if you can install the required runtime (Node JS) in Plesk - i'm sure you can
