Is it possible to get something out of a PDF file with Node Red and then save it as a PDF again?
The PDF is A4 and should then have about 105x148mm.
Here is an example.
The red part should be
test.pdf (13.9 KB)

Another possibility is to work out how to do it using tools that can be installed on your computer and then invoke that from node-red using an Exec node.
