I have been trying to use the Pi Keyboard node for reading from a Zebra scangun. On an RPI 3, I get most of the keys, but it would randomly drop them.
I saw where RPI 4 has vastly improved USB capability, so got one. When I got everything installed connected to it, it is very repeatable, but can't get any of the alpha keys. I get shift ups only, and I get all the number keys fine, but no alphas or shift downs.
When I open a shell and scan, the shell displays all the characters. I have also tried slowing the HID output on the scangung, but to no avail.
I have also checked out https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/issues/3259, and have confirmed that my VLI firmware is up to date - version 000137ad
Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks
