Projects in the menue

Hi,
i usually use linux mint for my work and install NR with the usual script.
Today i installed a TrueNas, which has NodeRed as an app, that can be installed.
This NR installation has a feature, that i would like to have on all my installations: The project menue point.
How can i enable it on standard installations? Currently running 4.04 with nodejs version 18.
TrueNas version is 4.03, also nodejs ver 18

Any ideas?
