I believe Dulo is a new offering, and it's good to have choice and competition, so it is also worth noting this is commercial offering similar to -

VSH offers 7 free devices of any kind / Dulo offers 3 of only Switch, Light or Thermostat
VSH 200 devices is 12 EUR per year / Dulo is $19.90 (it doesn't actually state what period so I have asked for clarification)
EDIT: this is the price per month with Dulo !
Dulo does have a 50 device option for $6.90, which may work out cheaper for a lot of people.
