Re-order editor sidebar panel icons

I would very much like to be able to re-order the panel icons in the editor sidebar. (See screenshot.)

I rarely use the Project History panel while developing a flow but often need the Context Data panel and have to mouse through the menu. Working on a laptop screen with limited real-estate, it would be nice to be able to choose which four icons to display.

Another +1 for this, I make much use of the Context Data panel and its icon isn't even visible in normal use.
