I have a secured over https node.red flow on a raspberry pi which I access remotely using Remote-RED to switch a pump on and off.
It has been working well for the last 2 weeks but for some reason, almost exactly 2 weeks after installation I am unable to reach the node.red UI . I turned it off with a forced shutdown on site and brought it home, attached a monitor and turned it back on. Only once I turned on the RPi AND had to login to the node.red flow was I then able to access the UI again via Remote-RED.
What do I have to do from preventing this disconnect in the future? Is user authentication required periodically if you have node.red secured? Would this deny a server from interfacing with a UI?
