i m using raspberry pi zero so i wanna get access to the flow or dashboard in anywhere

i try ngrok.com and dataplictity.com and "remote.it" as a free account

now my question is if the site are secure to share url of node red or is there a better way ?

also .
how can i set login password for 2 user the first for see only dashboard and the second for programmer can access to flow and make changes.
