Retrieving Data from an HTTP Server

I'm trying to retrieve data from an HTTP server using Node-RED, as shown in the attached photo.

If anyone can guide me on the best approach or specific nodes to use in Node-RED, it would be greatly appreciated!

I'm having trouble figuring out which Node-RED nodes I should use to retrieve data from an HTTP server.

I would say the http request node - Simple GET request : Node-RED

I don't know what the "sending frequency" option represents.
