i have got a switchNode if the value is over a amount the functionNode will crate a text and a Telegram is send.
would it be possible to add the switch value limit, to send it with the telegram?

Not clear what you are asking, you can send anything you like (within reason) to telegram. Personally, I have an MQTT topic structure I use where the last part of the topic and the whole of the payload are combined and sent to Telegram. This makes it very easy to send things simply using MQTT.
If you are wanting to have a variable that controls the switch then you can easily enough include that in your output as well assuming that you are using a flow or global variable.
