Can you explain your requirement a bit more and what your objective is?

The ESP32-S3 or S2-Mini devices do not have the resources (memory/storage capability) to run Node-RED. Most people on this Forum (including myself) use the ESP32 devices as remote slaves to sense and/or control things and send/receive information to/from Node-RED using MQTT (where Node-RED is running on a Raspberry Pi, Orange Pi, PC, Laptop).
