[SOLVED] UI Tab Disabled, but Enabled

I have a simple dashboard the suddenly stopped working over the weekend. The tab is enabled, but Node Red says it's disabled. ???

Check down the bottom of the dashboard tab node edit dialog. I suspect it is disabled there. I can't immediately remember the difference between the State field and the Disabled button at the bottom.
