Clicking or double clicking the box does nothing. I’m running v4.1.0 on a Raspberry pi 5. All software is currently updated. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am seeing this too, I haven't manually configured spacers before so don't know if it is a change from previous behaviour.
They can still be resized successfully using the visual layout editor.
I think this was a bug introduced in flowfuse dashboard 1.26.0
