there is the possibilty to start a node-red istance with user and password? Like using the command " node-red -p 1880" and add the login credentials?

Do you mean you want the node-red command to prompt for a username/password before it begins?
That is not something that is possible today and would be trivial to bypass from the command line.

Thank for the rapid support. This help me a lot because I was searching a way to that, but this confirms is impossibile. So I am no longer wasting time on it.
