Ui-control not working when browser closed

Hi,

I am trying to close few groups and show few group using ui-control.
It is working perfectly when the browser is open.

For example,
After login i am showing group A. after 30 secs it should hide group A and show login form.
Once i logged in group A showing. Now if closed the browser and opened the browser after 30 seconds still it is showing group A.

Kindly help to fix this issue.
