I have updated FlowFuse to latest version (2.16.0) so now the tags has changed.
I only use the Default stack so when I create a new instance now with the Default stack the version for Node-RED is 4.0.9
My old instances that also was created with the default stack but before the update uses version 3.0.2.
This is explained in the blog so I know that the default now points to the latest version.
My question is how do I update my old instances that was created with the "old" default stack, so I would like to update Node-RED from 3.0.2 to 4.0.9 and also Node.js Version.
If you suspend/resume those instances (via the drop-down on the Instance overview page), they should restart with the new stack.

I had only tried to restart, and that did not solve the issue.
