I have open weather map showing a temperature gauge on my dashboard, brilliant!
How do I get a hue bulb to respond to the temperature figure deg C., and change colour accordingly?

First figure out how to control the hue bulb itself. I don't have one, so no can help there, but I think there are hue nodes you can search for.
Then if none of them also supply temp to colour, use a switch node with the various settings to chose the output. Or a function node with some code to do the same, possibly with if()
