The use of this brand PLC document is not much, I do not know how to establish communication with it 
Beckhoff PLCs usually support the TwinCAT protocol.
I have not used these but there are some contrib nodes in the library that provide this capability: Library - Node-RED
This one appears well written: node-red-contrib-ads-client (node) - Node-RED
