Alarm notifications via telephone call

Hello, I have a question. I would like to check the water level of the pump systems with a Dragino CPL03 contact sensor. Alarm messages via SMS are easily ignored. I would like to create an alarm message via telephone call. Does anyone have an idea which provider and which nodes are suitable for this? Thank you

I once tested @sinch/node-red-voice-api i belive it was. Worked well.

Have you considered push messages?
Pushover enables you to select different priority levels, some of which require the alert to be cancelled, otherwise it keeps sounding, even during quiet hours.
And of course there is a node-RED pushover contrib node.

+1 for pushover - I use that a lot
I like the ease of it being able to break through silence mode on the phone

You might want to consider an alerting service like our SIGNL4. This goes beyond a single beep and supports app, push (including override of do-not-disturb, voice calls and also SMS text.

Another +1 for Pushover from me. It’s £5 one off for the client (after 30 day trial) , and so far it has been rock solid for me.

But when you say voice call do you actually need it to talk ? You could possibly use a gsm modem board with a cheap sim in connected to the Dragino ( no Node-RED), and just get it to make the call. When you get a call from that number you know where it’s come from anyway…

You could also consider telegram and the telegram bot node. You can keep sending alerts till a response is given also, With the telegram bot node you can add any functionality you wish, all free.
