Updatedn ui_list node to 0.1.4.
This update supports new list item types:
- switch: ON/OFF switch,
- menu: selection from menu items.

Is there a place where you look for issues?
I am having a problem:
Envir: windows 10, node-red-dasboard: 2.15.4, node-red: 0.20.5
In my environment it doesn't work when you have multiple tabs containing other widgets (eg. simple core widgets like text)
When I insert the list-widget in a new tab - let's say this is 'tab 3', all tabs disappear after a restart of the node-red server instance. Only one tab is shown.
