I have a iot project uses Arduino uno wifi rev2 along with mqtt protocol. The connection is working fine but when i tried to use the old modem(no internet connection) i have its just keep connecting but when i checked the modem my arduino is connected. Does it mean local transmission of data is not possible without internet?

Is it the wifi that is not connecting? If so then it is nothing to do with MQTT or node-red.
Thanks. I changed to another modem seems like the other one broken. It came it working now but the value is not showing in debug anymore
