Moving the size of the browser window, in Firefox in this case, the collapse button moved down below the UI group name/title, and once this happened, it cannot be clicked on. Example below.
How this happens is when you rename the ui_group, but the set size (width of the uI-group is too small to allow the collapse button is forced down. I was able to fix the issue by expanding the width of the ui_group. But this is not something an operator would be able to do. Just so happens I did not see the issue until the browser refreshed the dashboard tab.
Yes, I did resize the window to maximum size. the the issue remained, because it was the ui_group size limit that was the real issue, causing the problem..
