I cannot access node-red :1880 via PC and cannot ping from both side.
I have tried use some cloud VM instance log in through ssh to device that install node-red. It can login and can ping to 8.8.8.8 and ping back to VM
Any ideas TY
What is your nodered running on?
A windows device?
Both ping and nodered are by default firewall blocked. Disable firewall to see if it works then.
If it works without firewall turn it back on, but open port 1880 and allow ping rule
