Cannot browse PLC Tags with node-red-contrib-cip-st-ethernet-ip

I am using Node-Red 4.0.2 with node-red-contrib-cip-st-ethernet-ip 2.0.2.
PLC Browser is empty and hence I can not browse PLC Tags.

My Pi running Node-Red 3.1.9 can still see the PLC and be able to browse tags.

Is this an issue with Node-red 4.0.2 then?

Not likely. More likely different computer. Different OS. Different networking. Different NodeJS version.

Check and compare everything.

I re-installed everything from scratch and can now browse.
Below is my current setting:
