Can't setup node-red-google due to invalid redirect-URI

Hi,
I want to setup google calendar integration with node-red-node-google (node) - Node-RED. The configuration node says:

Please configure the authorized Redirect URIs of your app to include the following url:

http://homeassistant.local:8123/api/hassio_ingress/M-q1***********************/google-credentials/auth/callback

When I try to add that in the google console, I get an error that the URI needs to have a valid, public TLD.
I have setup node red within homeassistant on a local mini-pc, but it's not reachable from the outside. Is it still possible to use the node-red-google nodes?
