I am trying to connect a cloudant database and have input the required credentials etc into the cloudant block but when I try to deploy it I get this error "Error: Payment required". I am using the free version of cloudant so that is not the issue. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Take a look at the terms for the Cloudant Lite plan. In addition to the storage limits, there are also limits on the supported query rate. Lookups, writes and queries are capped. Likely that you ran into them.
