Connect Wireless Modem with node red and read the data bytes

How can I connect Wireless modem which uses 900hp-S3-pro device with Node red?

I am able to read the data bytes from this device which is receiving the data from Wireless Temperature Sensor in XCTU software serial monitor screen.

But being new with node red, I need some suggestion about how can I read the data bytes and can manipulate it and display the data in a node-red Dashboard.

Have you tried using the serial node?
