Dashbaord 2.0 Error saving changes Chrome and Edge

Hi, im generating a test program for work and im trying to edit the Dashboard in Chrome ( also tried Edge euchh!). The program runs fine and doing as expected but when i try to edit the Dashboard, i can get the edit icons to come up but when i try to save the changes i get

Error saving changes
Request failed with status code 404

I have looked at the developer section of the page and i get these errors.

Win 11, Node-red V4.1.1
This is a works computer and they have a lot of safety " Features" on it so it might be that , any ideas as i need to move a few bits about but cant at present.
Also i get
