How do I open a dashboard from other devices. I already did a Node-RED flow in the past and I opened form different devices, now I Cant.
I'm running it on my windows pc and I also tried on my pi but it didn't work.

What do you mean you cant ?
In a browser window on the client PC where you want to display the dashboard you would enter
http://IPADDRESS_OF_NODE_RED_MACHINE:1880/ui

I think you need to be on the same network as the RPI otherwise you need to use port forwarding with Nginx
