For more than a month when I launch Node-Red (Home Assistant add-on) it takes several minutes (up to 10 minutes sometimes) for the connection information to appear in the flows and the debugger does not work ( the flows work normally)
Unless you are doing something weird in your Node-RED flows, this may be a Home Assistant issue rather than a Node-RED one.
I have done all the updates and also cleaned and checked my feeds without finding the cause of this problem.
I finally abandoned the Home Assistant add-on to install Node-Red on a Proxmox lxc and it works!
